What is your return policy?

We offer returns within 90 days of the purchase date. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. Once a return is started online, you have 30 days to send it back. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable. Final Sale items, gift cards, and purchases from CWYP IRL events are non-refundable. 

• All returned items must be in their original condition and must include any original packaging, including all tags and shoe boxes (when applicable). 
• Refunds can be issued for store credit or to the original form of payment.
• Store credit is only available for US and Canadian customers.
• Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in store credit. Contact us for a refund to your original form of payment.
